A gallery in the style of an old house, showing and selling work mainly by women artists active in Japan and Korea. It opened in February 2016, four hundred years after the founding of Arita porcelain, to foster cultural exchange between the two countries.
The exhibition rooms are on the ground floor, 70.25 square metres in all. Vessels are set out on wooden shelves for you to pick up and look at. Works can be bought at the gallery and at the online shop.

The gallery can be hired as an exhibition space. It is a calm, nostalgic setting in which visitors can take their time, suited to solo and group exhibitions and seminars. The guesthouse next door makes it convenient for those coming from afar. On request we will introduce your exhibition on this website.

3Guesthouse Baekpasunゲストハウス 百婆仙
The Japan-Korea Friendship Hall Baekpasun is a guesthouse next to the gallery. A converted family house, it offers a homely stay and can also be used for gatherings, events and workshops. It is close to Arita Station and a good base for walking the streets of the pottery town. Let to one group or one family at a time.
